AXIS PMC is an independent Kazakhstani company providing design and procurement support services. We do not design and we do not build: we work on the client's side — reviewing the selection of equipment and materials in the design, supporting the cost of solutions through the state expert review, and organising procurement directly from manufacturers.
Internationally this role is known as Owner's Engineer / cost management (QS). Our specialists bring many years of experience gained in major development and construction organisations of Kazakhstan.
The company does not sell equipment and is not affiliated with any supplier; our work serves the interests of the client's budget.
Our specialists have taken part in preparing and defending budgets for social, industrial and strategic facilities.

For general contractors, investors, private clients and design institutes — independent cost control on the side of the client's budget. We work for a transparent fee; no equipment is supplied through the company.
For international Owner's Engineer / PMC / cost management firms — a local delivery partner in Kazakhstan: regulations, local prices, manufacturers, team and language.
1
We study the design, budget and procurement plan and show where costs can be optimised — before decisions are cast in concrete.
2
We work within the design and procurement loop: design review, expert review support, tenders and delivery — through to installation.
3
Results are recorded in documents; our fee is transparent.
Our team's experience — on the side of your project.
